Sébastien Gattuso
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sébastien Gattuso (born June 28, 1971 in Menton, France) is a Monegasque athlete specializing in the 100 metres.
Participating in the 2004 Summer Olympics, he achieved seventh place in his hundred metres heat, thus failing to secure qualification for the second round. He ran the 100 metres in 10.58 seconds, which was too slow. It was, however, a personal best time and national record.
He also competed at the 2002 European Championships, the 2003 World Championships, the 2003 World Indoor Championships and the 2007 European Indoor Championships without reaching the final.
His current personal best time is 10.57 seconds, achieved in June 2007 in Marseille. This is also the Monegasque record. He also holds the national records in 200 metres and shot put.[1]
He currently holds the Monarcan national record for 60m at 6.94 secs.
He is not related to Gennaro Gattuso.
