São João da Pesqueira (pron. IPA: [sɐ̃ũ ʒu'ɐ̃ũ dɐ pɨʃ'kɐiɾɐ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 266.1 km² and a total population of 8,367 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 14 parishes and is located in the district Viseu.
The present mayor is António Lima Costa, elected by the Social Democratic Party.
The municipal holiday is June 24.
