Sânzieni or Kézdiszentlélek (Romanian: Sânzieni; Hungarian: Kézdiszentlélek) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 4 villages:
- Caşinu Mic/Kiskászon
- Petriceni/Kézdikővár
- Sânzieni/Kézdiszentlélek
- Valea Seacă/Kézdiszárazpatak

The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 4,682 of which 99.34% or 4,651 are Hungarian.
