Ryuuji Umeda

Ryuuji Umeda (梅田 竜二? born October 22, 1968 in Tokyo[1]) is a Japanese three-cushion billiards player and is the current (as of late 2007) world champion in the sport. He is also the second Asian player to win the title in 33 years since Nobuaki Kobayashi. He won it, defeating Daniel Sanchez, a two-time world champion from Spain, in the finals.
