Ryszard Podlas (born 29 July 1954 in Białobrzezie) was a Polish athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.
He competed for a Poland in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 400 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Jan Werner, Zbigniew Jaremski and Jerzy Pietrzyk.
He also won the silver medal at the 1978 European Championships held in Prague (together with Jerzy Włodarczyk, Jaremski and Cezary Łapiński).
Podlas won the silver medal at the 1978 European Indoor Championships held in Milan in the 400 metres.
