Ryszard Kalisz (pronounced [ˈrɨʃart ˈkalʲiʃ], born February 26, 1957 in Warsaw) is a Polish politician. He was the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration in Marek Belka cabinet. Kalisz was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 36013 votes in 19 Warsaw district, candidating from Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej list.

He was also a member of Sejm 2001-2005.
