Rylstone is a small town in New South Wales, Australia, in the Mid-Western Regional Council. It is located on the Bylong Valley Way. At the 2001 census, Rylstone had a population of 649.[1]

- From the Hunter Valley travel west along the Golden Highway and turn onto the Bylong Valley Way 1km before Sandy Hollow.
- From Ilford travel 2km north along the Castlereagh Highway and turn onto the Bylong Valley Way.
