Ryan Shannon (born March 2, 1983) is an American professional ice hockey center for the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League.

Shannon grew up in Darien, Connecticut.[1]

Before the Vancouver Canucks, Ryan Shannon also played for the Anaheim Ducks. He won a Stanley Cup with them in 2006–2007. In the AHL, he played for the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks and the Portland Pirates. He went to Boston College and was the hockey team's captain.

Ryan Shannon played hockey at Boston College, and before that played at The Taft School in Watertown, CT.
