Ryan Scott Ottney

Ryan Scott Ottney (born December 18, 1977) is an American writer and journalist from New Boston, Ohio.
Ryan's first published comic book work was The Legend of Isis from Alias Enterprises and Blue Water Productions [1]. Also The Prometheus Effect [2] and Bikini Bandits [3]. Ryan is also the founder and co-creator of Scryptic Studios [4] - a Web site devoted to comic book writers and writing. Scryptic Studios earned national attention in Writer's Digest Magazine in 2005, as one of its 101 Best Web sites for Writers.
According to his site, Ryan is a graduate of Shawnee State University, in Portsmouth, Ohio, and has worked in journalism and public relations. He is also the founder of the Society of Professional Journalists: Southern Ohio Chapter [5], which gained national recognition in the August 2007 issue of Quill Magazine.
