Ryan O'Hara (born 18 August 1980 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian rugby league player for the Wests Tigers in the National Rugby League competition, he previously played for the Canberra Raiders and has represented New South Wales in the State of Origin on one occasion. His position of choice is at prop-forward.
