Ryan Moloney (born 24 November 1979) is an Australian actor. He currently portrays the character Jarrod "Toadfish" Rebecchi in the Australian soap opera Neighbours.

Moloney has played the role since 1995. Prior to this he had appeared in the series as "Cyborg" in a one-off role. Moloney was initially scheduled to play Toadie in one scene, but this became a recurring guest role. The character proved popular and became a regular role in 1996. Moloney had initially auditioned for the role of Brett Stark.^[1]

Ryan's first acting experience was with the Merilyn Brend Children's Teenagers and Adults Theatre Company in outer-eastern Melbourne when he was ten years old. He starred in their youth reportory production of The Purple Pumpernickel. His first role in a feature film was in Say A Little Prayer (1993), based on the Robin Klein novel Came Back to Show You I Could Fly, playing Kid #2. He was also involved with the Victorian Police Department's Films For Schools Youth project for a while.

Moloney is a recognisable face on Australian television and has appeared on Rove Live, The Big Breakfast, The Saturday Show, and Good Morning Australia. Moloney has also not escaped notice internationally. In April 2004 he was nominated for a Golden Rose of Montreux award for Best Actor in a Soap.

In November 2003 Moloney married his long term girlfriend Alison Hayward, and they became parents in late October 2006. Moloney is a charity worker, giving his time to charities such as Forgotten Children Rescue Foundation. He first got involved with this foundation through a fellow cast member, Andrew Bibby (who played Lance). He witnessed the difficulties facing children in the Philippines first hand, after flying out to see for himself what kind of impact he might be able to make. In the future, Moloney has said that he plans to move on into production.

Ryan Moloney is also an active patron of the Down Syndrome Association of Victoria.

On 2005-12-04, Moloney appeared on Dick and Dom in da Bungalow as a celebrity guest.

In December 2005, Moloney starred as Buttons in the pantomime Cinderella at The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury, UK alongside Sheila Ferguson and pop star Andy Scott-Lee.

In December 2007, Moloney returned to pantomime in the UK starring as Buttons in Sheffield Theatres production of Cinderella.
