Ryan Darrell McNeil (born October 4, 1970 in Fort Pierce, Florida) is a former professional American football player in the NFL who was selected by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft. A 6'2", 197-lb. cornerback from the University of Miami, McNeil played 11 NFL seasons from 1993-2003 for the Lions, St. Louis Rams, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, San Diego Chargers, and Denver Broncos.
In 1997 while with the Rams, McNeil led the NFL in interceptions with 9.
