Ryan Mac Donald

Ryan Mac Donald is a competitive powerlifter in the United States Powerlifting Federation. He started his career in 2001, setting a New Hampshire State Bench Press Record of 405 lbs. in the Junior division that still stands today.

He is currently sponsored by Body Image and training at Gil's Gym in Palmer, Ma.
