Ryan Lamb (born 18 May 1986 in Gloucester) is a rugby union footballer who plays at fly-half for Gloucester Rugby.

A former pupil of St Peter's High School, he made his professional debut in the European Challenge Cup quarter final against Brive in 2005 which Gloucester Rugby won comfortably.

Lamb is an extremely talented fly half, whose vision and extreme strength is getting him touted as a future England fly half.

He is one of the latest products of the Gloucester Rugby Academy which has produced most of their extremely promising back line, which Gloucester Rugby coach, Dean Ryan has predicted as a possible World Cup 2011 back line.

He was called into the England Saxons side that defeated Ireland A on 1 February 2008. [1] [2]

In December 2007 Lamb was arrested and later cautioned for punching an 18 year old male and for general drunken behaviour outside local nightclub Liquid.
