Ryōko Shiraishi

Ryōko Shiraishi (白石涼子 Shiraishi Ryōko?, born September 9, 1982) is a seiyū from Nara, Japan who works for Aoni Production. Due to her low and gentle voice, she is commonly typecast as either the effeminite-and-kind young man or the sexually-mature but sweet-and-sensitive supporting lady. She was also formerly a member of the seiyū unit DROPS, along with Nonaka Ai, Akemi Kanda, Tomoko Kaneda, and Mariko Kōda.

She has played two characters who are 'catboys'. In Hellsing Ultimate, she plays Warrant Officer Schrödinger, who is based on Schrödinger's cat, and has cat-ears. In Hayate the Combat Butler, she plays Ayasaki Hayate, who is sometimes dressed up in a cat-girl outfit by his mistress, Sanzennin Nagi, or her maid, Maria because "he looks cute".
