It is a picture of an album cover, representing a small percentage of the actual product. The copyright owners' rights to sell the CD are in no way limited by the inclusion in WikiPedia;
Due to the image's low resolution and resulting lack of detail, it could not be used to manufacture illegal copies of the CD or its artwork;
The image is used for non-profit educational purposes only, for identification of the album.
