[edit] Summary
Low-resolution screenshot from Red vs. Blue episode 6 ("1.21 Giga-Whats??"), 1:08 in, Quicktime version. This is an example of the post-production video editing techniques that Rooster Teeth Productions uses. Normally, two players with different armor colors cannot board the same vehicle simultaneously in Halo: Combat Evolved. In this example, Rooster Teeth works around this by filming Grif and Simmons boarding the Warthog separately, and then combining the two via a split-screen effect.

Rationale for the fair use of this image in Red vs. Blue production
- The article is about the production techniques (including visual techniques) involved in making a machinima series, and as such is almost impossible to illustrate without using images from the series.
- The image is used for informational purposes only and is not believed to detract from the original production in any way.
- The image illustrates a video editing technique used to work around the restrictions of the Halo game engine used during filming of the series.
