Rudolf ("Ruud") Stokvis (born April 24, 1943 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland) is a retired rower from the Netherlands, who represented his native country twice at the Summer Olympics, starting in 1968 (Mexico City, Mexico). Four years later in Munich, West Germany, he won the bronze medal in the men's coxless pairs alongside Roel Luynenburg, clocking 6:58.70 in the final.
Stokvis now teaches sociology at the University of Amsterdam, including sports-related topics.
