Ruth Archibald

Ruth Archibald is a current Canadian diplomat. She was appointed concurrently to the High Commission to Maldives and Sri Lanka then consecutively as High Commissioner to South Africa, Mauritius, Namibia, Lesotho and to Swaziland.
