[edit] A couple notes

Please sign all our posts with ~~~~ so we can know who posted them.

I moved "User:Russian F List" to User:Russian F/List because "User:Russian F List" would be the user page of an unregistered user named "Russian F List". The slash makes the page a subpage of User:Russian F. --Jiang 23:33, 19 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Zero Hour

Is there a Challenge mission where one can play against General Juhziz (Demolitions), or is it only available in a mod? Same with General Fei (Infantry).

No. They were taken out of the Challenge for some reason.

And how can I play this "Ironside" guy. I've never even heard of him. There's a mod kicking around the internet, I think. I've never used it.

Also, Is there a differance in damage between nuclear radiation and anthrax radiation? I think that anthrax is quite a bit more effective against infantry, but I'm not 100% sure.

[edit] RE: your complaint

Hi Russian F. Thanks for your message on my talk page. I believed the articles were not encyclopaedic, and therefore sent them through the AFD process, where their encyclopaedic qualities, or lack of, can be discussed by our fellow Wikipedians. If they decide that the articles are not to be deleted, then - and only then - would the articles not be deleted. I will not do as you ask, and remove the AFD notices on articles I believe are not encyclopaedic, and fail some of Wikipedia's basic principles. Sorry. Proto///type 08:33, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Call of Duty game

Hi Rus F

I noticed on the reference Desk that you made a question about why call of Duty is illegal in Germany. I think you might be wrong because i can find a lot of german language Call of Duty fan pages and find it on the amazon.de webshop. So then I ask you, is it illegal to buy, own or sell a copy of that game? and do you have any sources, because I am quite intriqued. Angelbo 16:35, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

That was not me. I only responded to the question. Яussiaп F 21:30, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
OK, my mistake I did not notice that the question was unsigned, and because you made the first signed reply I asumed you asked the question. Regards Angelbo 09:02, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Mercs2screen.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Mercs2screen.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 11:25, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Redirect of Aelyria

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Aelyria, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Aelyria is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Aelyria, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 13:00, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Gulab Mangal.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Gulab Mangal.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page.
