[edit] About Me
I'm from Marlboro Township, New Jersey and am currently a chemistry major at the University of Scranton, class of 2009. You can see what classes I am taking later on this page. I have also started a scholarly research project in the spring/summer of 2007 that will continue until my graduation in the spring of 2009. It involves the radiocarbon dating of archaeological sea shells. I will most likely be seeking a Ph.D in chemistry (possibly organic chemistry) in the future.
I guess my interests lie in chemistry and computers. I can find any science interesting though. Physics, astronomy, geology, biology, mathematics, etc. I also play ultimate (frisbee).
My favorite computer games are those in the Baldur's Gate Series. Not everyone has heard of it, but Baldur's Gate and its sequel Baldur's Gate II are considered to be amongst the greatest CRPGs of all time. It's an RPG based on D&D, so yes, I have played pencil and paper D&D in the past. My favorite video games are those in the Zelda series. I also enjoy Super Smash Bros.
One of my favorite movies are usually dramas, such as The Shawshank Redemption. There are too many good movies to list. I also tend to gravitate towards trilogies, such as The Matrix, Lord of the Rings, and Pirates of the Caribbean, just to name a few. On TV, I enjoy The Simpsons, and Seinfeld, and almost anything on the Discovery Channel. My favorite books are by far the Harry Potter books. The movies are okay, but as always, the books are much better.
I have always been a huge fan of classic rock (WAXQ being my most listened to radio station), but thanks to my roomate and friend, I have grown to like progressive metal and progressive rock above all. My favorite band of all time is Dream Theater. Check out my Last.fm profile below.
I may update this page from time to time with more stuff.
