[edit] Rename

This article doesn't talk much about the "talks" as much as the background. I'd like to rename it into Russia and the Arab-Israeli conflict, especially in the light of the RF being a quarter of the Quartet. As a bonus, some material from Soviet Union and the Arab-Israeli conflict could be moved here as well. ←Humus sapiens ну? 20:48, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
