[edit] Self-written article
Hi Russell,
Wikipedia policies strongly recommend against writing a Wikipedia article about yourself, friends or family, etc. See Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Autobiography. At the very least any suggestions should be run past other Wikipedia editors. The article should contain references independent of yourself in order to establish notability. However on the other hand I appreciate that the article is written in a neutral tone, and that you have not tried to hide the fact that it is you who wrote the article. Hence I am content with the article so far. Colin MacLaurin 09:00, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Move
I am moving the page from Russell Standish for disambiguation purposes. While I assume this individual is probably more notable than Russell R. Standish, I doubt the gap is so significant for this page to occupy the title "Russell Standish". Also with a view to the future, other Russell Standish's may have articles created about them. Colin MacLaurin 09:03, 13 July 2007 (UTC) P.S. If Russell has a middle name, you may prefer to move the article to a page with your full name, or perhaps just a middle initial.
