[edit] City or Village

The first sentence begins "Rushford Village is a city". That is strange wording. The definition of a Village in England and most parts of the US is that it lies within a town or city. Another wiki site states that Rushford City is surrounded by Rushford Village. I really dont know what to think, and I think most readers will not understand without more explanation! 76.102.31.185 (talk) 07:40, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
