The Rusty-winged Barbtail (Premnornis guttuligera) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. Its genus, Premnornis, is monotypic. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
