Russian Cycling Federation

The Russian Cycling Federation or ФВСР (in Russian: Федерации велосипедного спорта России) is the national governing body of cycle racing in Russia. Its headquarters are located in Moscow.
The ФВСР is a member of the UCI and the UEC.
