Russia Wharf is a high-rise building under construction in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. The building will stand at 395 feet (120 meters) with 32 floors. Construction began in 2006, and the building is scheduled to be completed by 2008. Upon completion, it will stand as the 31stallest building in the city. The architectural firm who designed the building was Childs Bertman Tseckares Inc. This mixed use project will include 500,000 square feet of office space, 300 hotel suites, and 50 residential units. The tower is being constructed on top of and behind three existing buildings erected around 1900, including 270 Congress Street and 530 Atlantic Avenue. It is currently the only building over 300 feet (91 meters) that is under construction in Boston.
