Russell Lamar White (15 December 1970 – ) was an American football running back in the National Football League for the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley and was drafted in the third round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams.
White is Berkeley's all-time rushing leader with 3,367 yards and a 5.1 yard/carry average over three seasons (1990-1992) with the Golden Bears.[1] He also has the most career touchdowns, 35, and was inducted into California's Athletic Hall of Fame in 2003. White graduated from Berkeley in 1993 with a BA degree in social welfare and is now a teacher.

White starred at Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, California. He holds the record for most rushing yards in a season (2,339 in 1986) and most rushing yards in a career (5,998 in 1986-88).
