Russell Westbrook is a starting guard for the UCLA Bruins men's basketball team. He has known primarily for his athleticism, in the form of high flying dunks in transition. A virtual no-name in his freshman year averaging 3.4 points per game, his stats, and his potential exploded in his sophomore year, now averaging 12.5 points per game, and is considered a possible first round draft pick in the 2008 NBA Draft. His decision to enter the draft came at a 2PM press conference on April 17, 2008. He has not hired an agent, leaving the prospect of returning to school open.
