Russell Rouse (20 November 1913 – 2 October 1987) was an American screenwriter, producer and director.
The New York City-born Rouse wrote for 18 films between 1942 and 1988. The 1959 film Pillow Talk won the Academy Award for Writing Original Screenplay.
He died in California, aged 73. His son is film editor Christopher Rouse.
