Russ Buller (born 10 September 1978 in Westlake, Louisiana) is an American pole vaulter.
Buller won the silver medal at the 2003 Pan American Games, finished fourth at the 2001 Summer Universiade and fifth at the 2006 IAAF World Cup. His personal best is 5.81 metres, achieved in April 2001 in Walnut.
Buller has a degree in kinesiology from the Louisiana State University.
