Ruslan Liubarskyi (born September 29, 1973 in Bar, Ukraine) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder that plays for for FC Metalurh Zaporizhya. He spent most of career in the Slovakian Premier League where he lead three clubs to titles. He also played for Maccabi Netanya in Israel for 4 seasons, also playing with the club in the Intertoto Cup. Liubarskyi came to Metalurh in 2004, and debuted in a match against Tavriya Simferopol.
