Rush Street is an album by Richard Marx, released in 1991. "Hazard" reached a high of 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and "Chains Around My Heart" also went to #9 on US A.C. charts. Marx admitted in 2001 that the track "Superstar" is about pop star Madonna [1]
