Source: [1]. Episcopal Consecration which took place on August 10, 2006 at the Novodevichy Monastery near Moscow. Patriarch Alexei II of Moscow and All Russia is the chief celebrant at the consecration of Archimandrite Roman as Bishop of Serpukhov and vicar bishop for the Eparchy of Moscow.
