[edit] Summary
A map of administrative units of the Russian Federation, made by Adam Carr.
Russia is one of the few countries considered to be in two continents: Europe and Asia (and once, even North America). The only other countries found in both Europe and Asia are Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Examples of transcontinental nations in the rest of the world include Egypt (Africa and Asia) and Panama (North America and South America).
