Rupirana cardosoi is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Rupirana. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and rocky areas. It is threatened by habitat loss.
