Rupert Svendsen-Cook

Rupert Svendsen-Cook (born September 17, 1990 in Ipswich) is a British race car driver with Norwegian family history, currently competing in the Formula BMW Europe series.

Following a successful eight years in karting, which saw Svendsen-Cook be part of England's winning team in the inter-nation karting championship in the Junior Rotax category. In 2007, Svendsen-Cook concluded a late deal to run in the Formula BMW UK category, his first season in single seater racing, as a late replacement for another driver. In 2008, Rupert has stepped up to the Formula BMW Europe series with Raikkonen Robertson Racing with some impressive testing results over the winter 07/08.
