Runavík is a village in the Faroe Islands in the south of the isle of Eysturoy. There is a municipality of the same name, and there are over 10 kilometre long residential area on the east bank Skálafjørður (a fjord). Founded in 1916, it has an important fishing port. The municipality had 3,678 inhabitants in 2005, and aside from Runavik itself, includes Saltangará, Æðuvík, Glyvrar, Lambi, Rituvík, Skipanes, Søldarfjørður and Lambareiði.

The villages' soccer team is NSÍ Runavík.
