[edit] Assistance with User Categorization

RuMoR:

I have been looking for a place to ask for assistance with fixing a user category, but all I have really been able to find is the discussion for category deletion and the defunct user categorization WikiProject page. Even though said WikiProject has served its purpose and is no longer active, I saw that you were the first user in the list of people who had been members, so I thought I would contact you for your expertise. If you know of a better place for me to go, I am all ears. On to the substance:

I have been re-alphabetizing some of the categories in Category:Wikipedians by alma mater: United States, and stumbled up on Category:Wikipedians by alma mater: University of Münster -- a German university in the United States alma mater page. It is also sub-category of itself, but I cannot see how this has come about, since the page itself has only one of the "educat" templates and a tag to make it a member of Category:Wikipedians by alma mater: Germany. So I am looking for help in fixing this anomaly. Any help you can offer is appreciated.
