[edit] Rumex obtusifolius
I have put in numerous "citation needed" tags into the "Medicinal uses of the herb" (formally "Herbal use") section of the article on "Rumex obtusifolius". A lot of sweeping statements have been made without any references to medical research, alternative medicine or writings on folk medicine.QuestingVole 21:39, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

I added "according to folk remedies" because most Rumex species contain oxalic acid, [1], [2] and [3]. Though I cannot find a study which specifically states Rumex obtusifolius contains Oxalic acid, so I won't remove it all together. --Mark PEA 10:31, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
