[edit] Overview
Each car has three types of styles:
- Rookie
- Pro
- Elite
Each car will mostly change in paint job and form. Some cars will have a lot of changes, some will not. Either way, each car is an excellent choice to use to win.
To unlock Pro and Elite the player has to win championship races. It gets harder as play progresses, but new cars can be unlocked along the way. To unlock cars, the player must have a score of first place. Higher points are awarded for first, second or third place. Placement also determines where the player is placed in subsequent races.
[edit] Power-Ups
Power-ups help the player win or get pay-back on other cars. Power-ups include:
- Invincible
- Oil slick
- Bomb
- Freeze
- Landslide
- Bad gas
- Big hit
- Shock wave
- Boost
- Tornado
- Joker
- Grip

There are 15 Racing Tracks in the game. You can obtain all of them, expect Circus Minimus, by completing cups. There are 12 regular racing tracks and 3 more specially designed with more jumps for stunts. They are:
- So Refined
- Over Easy
- Circus Minimus
- The Gauntlet
- Wild Kingdom
- Flip Out
- Passing Through
- Falls Down
- Sun Burn
- Touch and Go
- Coal Cuts
- Car Go
- Outer Limits
- True Grits
- Surf and Turf
[edit] Gaining Cars
The majority of the 36 cars in the game can be obtained by completing cup races or are already in your arsenal as the game begins. However, after you complete all of the cups, there are still 10 or so remaining cars that are locked. You may obtain these by two ways:
- Find Easter Eggs- Quite literally, there are small colored eggs hidden in a few tracks which you can bump into, break, and unlock a new vehicle
- Use Passwords- In the main menu, under Game Options, scroll down to Load and Save and scroll right or left until you see Password.
