Rumana, Israel

Rumana (Arabic: رمانة; Hebrew: רומאנה) is an Arab village in nothern Israel. Located near Nazareth, it falls under the jurisdiction of al-Batuf Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 935.
The area has been inhabited since the Bronze Age, and may be the Biblical site of Rimon, which is mentioned in the Book of Joshua.
