[edit] Image:Fish xiph org.png

Hello RuineR, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Fish xiph org.png) was found at the following location: User:RuineR. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 12:00, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Imagine 1.0.0.0 beta5.png

Thanks for uploading Image:Imagine 1.0.0.0 beta5.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:39, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:UNGDI.svg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:UNGDI.svg, but copyrighted images that are recreated, still belongs to the original owner. I also notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. « ₣ullMetal ₣alcon » 03:55, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] re:Image:UNGDI.svg

Its a shame really, I was about to use the image on my page. « ₣ullMetal ₣alcon » 17:15, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

I don't think you could possibly get sued by Electronic Arts for using an image on a Web Page, unless it's for commercial or immoral purposes. -- ...RuineЯ|Chat... 17:20, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Vandalism on Rammstein

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure which edit you mean, exactly; could you provide me with the link diffs please? ≈ The Haunted Angel 00:13, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Ah, this was an error on my part - I reverted a lot of vandalism, including edits that broke the info box back, and it appears I reverted a bit too far! Please accept my apologies. ≈ The Haunted Angel 23:33, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Panamenians

-- ...RuineЯ|Chat... 21:27, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Screenshot00.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Screenshot00.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 19:54, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
