How can Rui'an have 1.2 million, and Wenzhou, which is far larger, have 870,000 people?? I think Wenzhou would have far more people than that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.7.166.180 (talk) 23:21, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

Sorry to say this but the expat portion on the bottom reads like something Ruian's historical society pulled out of a brochure. It's propaganda, not encyclopedic knowledge.
