What is Wikipedia?

Hiya Dave, Great work on the starting of the Cwmdu, Powys article (long overdue so great to see someone get hold of it). Hope you welcome my additions - Im not steaming in - just adding stuff that you can also utilise on anything you also want to work on locally. I hope you will add more.
