[edit] Documentation
I wonder if those in the know could produce a 'how to use' guideline for this page? Murkee 10:08, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- I've produced something quickly for {{rugbybox2}} and marked this as tdeprecated. Hope that's okay. --StuartBrady (Talk) 12:34, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Needs to change
This template is awkward to use, forcing the use of template names for the home=
and away=
input arguments. This has led to the proliferation of templates such as Template:WASPru (for example), which is far less clear than an inline link to London Wasps. Even stranger is the need for templates such as Template:ReverseLSF1ru, which merely emits the text string "Loser of semi-final one".
Therefore, I will update this template so that the embedded template transclusion is removed. Of course, I will update all the pages that transclude this template first, using template:rugbybox2 as a temporary replacement so that nothing breaks. Once the transition is complete, I will change back to the rugbybox
name. Andrwsc 19:55, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] What happened to attendance and referee?
I noticed that the tags for attendance and referee were gone from the new version. Any way they might come back? — Dale Arnett 00:17, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
- The last edit says "made attendance and referee optional parameters", so they are still there, I think! —MC 01:33, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
