Rugby Observer

The Rugby Observer [1] is a free weekly newspaper based in the town of Rugby, in Warwickshire.
Since the launch of the paper in 1991 it has become the town's best-read local newspaper with a weekly readership of 63,136 [2], which is over 12,000 [3] more than its nearest rival. The paper circulates 42,974 [4], copies every Thursday.
The Rugby Observer [5] is part of Observer Standard Newspapers which was set up in 1989 by current owners Chris and Pat Bullivant [6].
The current editorial team at the Rugby Observer comprises Editor: Chris Smith, Deputy Editor: Simon Ward, Sport Editor: Pete Squires, Reporter: Dan Santy and Photographer Jon Mullis.
The Lutterworth Observer [7] is a sister paper of the Rugby Observer and the editorial is produced at the same office located at 28 Regent Street, Rugby.
