The Rufous-webbed Bush-tyrant (Polioxolmis rufipennis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Polioxolmis. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
