The Rufous-Bellied Saltator (Saltator rufiventris) is a species of cardinal (bird) in the Cardinalidae family. It is found in Argentina and Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and arable land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
