Ruff Radio is a non-commercial Drum and Bass radio show, broardcasting from Klagenfurt in Carinthia, Austria on the multi cultural radio station Agora. Launched in November 1998, it started off as a Hip Hop show and was slowly transformed into a DnB show. The show is hosted by Daniel, Alan and Sabine.

[edit] History

When Ruff Radio started in 1998 it was originally a Hip Hop show with occasional Drum and Bass, Jungle and Ragga. By the year 2000 Ruff Radio rarely played Hip Hop tracks because of the hosts' growing addiction to DnB, so the decision was made to turn Ruff Radio into a solid Drum and Bass show - by doing so it became the first strictly Drum and Bass radio show on the Austrian airwaves.
